Visa and Consular Information

It is the responsibility of delegates to confirm visa requirements and make suitable arrangements. For further information, consult the Italian Embassy in your home country.

Insurance

Conference registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that you take out personal travel and medical insurance at the time you register for the conference and book your travel which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of hotel payments and registration fees through cancellation. The conference organisers cannot take any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Accompanying Persons

For those interested in half or full day guided tours to wineries, museums, town walking tours or shopping, please email us specifying the type of tour that would be of interest to you. If we have sufficient interest, we will endeavour to arrange suitable tours

Weather

The weather in northern Italy in October is usually a pleasant average of 18°C. Delegates are advised that variations can occur and provision for both cooler and warmer temperatures is advised. Evenings are usually cooler, approximately 7ºC on average.
